Refund
policy:
If you require a refund or a replacement.
You must return the product/s within 30 days
of
the delivery date. Z X Industries P/ L Australia
will refund or replace any product/s that can be
found to be of poor workmanship or which contain
a manufacturers defect.
Just e-Mail us your
receipt number and reason for the return. You
will then receive a transfer number by e-Mail
Once you have received your transfer number,
you can proceed with the return. When the
product/s have been returned to Z X Industries
you will be notified by e-Mail and your refund
or replacement will be processed promptly.
In the unlikely event you encounter a problem
you will have access to
professional help from
Z X Industries P/L Australia, as we like to take
immediate steps to correct any mistakes.

Please note:
All products must be
returned freight prepaid.
A refund will include the product price only.
Delivery costs will only be refunded if the
return is due to an error on our part.
All products must be unused and in new
condition, in their original packaging and
have our transfer number clearly marked on
the outside of the packaging.
Unauthorized returns of any of our products
such as:- no transfer number, return to
sender, freight has not been prepaid etc.
Will definitely not be eligible for either a
refund or a replacement.
We can not be held responsible for any
damage
or loss incurred while your order
is in transit.
All claims for damage or loss should be made
to the carrier, we will assist as much as possible.
